For the woman who handles everything
You can’t make a clear decision from inside the box.
Book Your Unbox SessionYou can feel it.
Something has to change.
Maybe you’re reading this from your car because you pulled into the driveway ten minutes ago…and you still haven’t gone inside.
Not because you don’t love your life. Because for ten freaking minutes…
nobody needs anything from you.
And somewhere underneath the mental grocery list and the seventeen things you’re already figuring out for tomorrow, there’s a thought you keep trying to push back down:
I can’t keep doing this exactly like this.
Then the other voice kicks in. You’re fine. Other women have it worse. You always figure it out.
So you open the car door. And you go handle it. Again.
That’s exactly why I created the Unbox Session. You don’t need rescuing.
You need someone outside the box who can see what you can’t see from inside it.
The real problem
You’ve listened to the podcasts, bought the books, tried the therapy, the journaling, the planner, the vacation, the fresh start on Monday. Some of it probably helped. For a minute.
But then Tuesday showed up. And there you were again, trying to figure out why a woman this capable can’t solve this.
Make it make sense.
Maybe you’re not failing at the solutions.
Maybe the solutions are aimed at the wrong problem.
You can see out. You just can’t see the whole box. You can see the peace and the room you want. You remember the woman who trusted herself and made decisions without rehearsing everybody else’s reaction first.
But your world got smaller a little at a time, and being “the strong one” stopped being something you do and became who you believe you have to be.
Wait. I built an entire life around my ability to handle things.
And nobody ever asked whether you should have to.
The biggest trap of all
God, that sentence sounds strong. It can also become a prison, because when you’re the woman who always figures it out…
people let you.
Every time you survive another impossible thing, you collect more evidence: See? I can handle it. Yes, you can. But being capable of carrying something does not mean you were meant to carry it forever.
Eventually “I’ll figure it out” stops being confidence and becomes a rule:
By myself. Without falling apart. Without admitting I don’t know what to do next.
Okay, but why? Who decided it all has to land on you?
That is where capable women can stay stuck for a very long time.
Be honest
It doesn’t have to be catastrophic before you’re allowed to want something different. You don’t need to prove suffering before you qualify for clarity.
There she is. The Strong One. She’s gotten you through a lot. But there are things we cannot see clearly while standing in the middle of them. That’s perspective, and it only comes from outside the box.
No. Leaving is not automatically the answer. Staying is not automatically the answer. Deciding instead of defaulting is the point. I’m not here to take the steering wheel. I’m here to help you finally see the road.
Then you’ll know. Knowing does not force you to blow up your life. Clarity creates options, and you decide what happens next.
Good. I’m not asking you to. We start with what’s true, then we look at what’s possible, then you decide. Maybe the first thing that changes is simply that you stop arguing with what you already know.
Introducing
A private, focused experience to help you identify what’s actually keeping you stuck, and what your first moves could be. Not twelve months from now. Now.
We won’t spend 75 minutes circling the same story you’ve told yourself a hundred times. Every invisible box is built from four walls and a lid, and one wall is always the tallest. Finding it is the session.
And I will tell you what I see. Sometimes you don’t need another person politely nodding. Sometimes you need someone to say:
“There. That’s the wall.”
Then you walk away with a written Box Map and your first three moves. Not thirty-seven things. Three. The woman already carrying everything does not need another giant freaking checklist. She needs clarity.
Who’s on the other side of the box
I’m Leanne. Before I ever coached anyone, I was a paramedic. I ran toward other people’s worst days and stayed steady while everything fell apart.
The first box took me 15 years to see. The next one took a year. Now I catch it in weeks.
The box doesn’t move. You do.
Is this you?
She doesn’t want someone telling her what to do. She wants to understand what she’s actually dealing with.
Everything included
So we don’t spend our private time starting at the surface.
We look at the whole box together and find where you’re most constrained right now.
Delivered within three days, so you can see the picture outside the emotion of the conversation.
Because clarity without action becomes another notebook on the shelf.
For the questions and real-life moments that show up after the session.

The receipts
Nobody here is made up. These are the people who’ve watched me work, in their own words. As women say yes to sharing their Unbox Session experiences, with permission, they’ll show up here too.
Working with you is like having someone in my corner who genuinely wants to see me grow.
C. H.I have witnessed you creating the life you want and how determined you are to become the leader that others will lean into and want to walk with.
T. H.She can be both fierce and compassionate. Speaking truth into others’ lives is a gift she shares. To be able to depend on someone like Leann who’ll cut through your excuses is both reassuring and priceless.
C. C.…asked me a question on why do you feel that way or give me reasons and facts behind this etc so that I am not always doubting myself.
R. J.The hardest part
We spend years waiting for something outside us to make the decision easier. More money. The kids getting older. Someone changing. A sign. Permission. Certainty.
Nobody’s coming.
At first, that sounds brutal. Until you realize nobody has to come. Nobody has to hand you permission or agree that your reasons are good enough.
You get to come for you.
No performance. No pretending. No requirement to have the answer before you arrive. Bring the messy version, and the thing you’ve been scared to say out loud.
